All bookings and serkon tour made through
WWW.SERKONTOUR.COM are subject to the Legislation of Turkish Travel Agencies ( Law no: 1618 ) and The Consumer Protection Law ( Law no: 4077 ) which has recently received major amendments to harmonize with European Union Consumer Rights Legislation.
Payment
Payments can be done by credit cards ( Visa, Master and Debit Cards ) with no credit card charge. All prices include VAT. The
" Billing Firm " on your bank statement will appear as
" SERKON TOUR ANTALYA "
Notification of Room Numbers
You are kindly requested to notify us your room number after your arrival in your resort. We will not be held responsible for any pick-up problems, if room number is not notified.
Meeting Point
Unless specified otherwise the meeting point is at the main entrance or at the main security gate outside the hotel. It is important that you are waiting outside of the hotel as most of the hotel's security staff is very strict and do not let the pick up vehicles pass the security gate. Where there is no security gate, please wait outside at the main entrance to your hotel.
Alterations to an serkon tour or activity
We do our best to organize our serkon tour or Activities as they are described in our web-site, however
WWW.SERKONTOUR.COM does not accept responsibility for every detail of the same and reserves the right to cancel or alter all or any part of any serkon tour or Activity without prior notice.
Cancellations made by us :
If any serkon tour or Activity is cancelled for any reason by
WWW.SERKONTOUR.COM you will be refunded the price you paid for the serkon tour or activity in question and no more.
Cancellations made by you :

30 days prior to the departure of the serkon tour will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made
29 days to
7 days prior to the departure of the serkon tour will be half refunded.
- Unfortunately no refund for cancellations within
6 days prior to the departure of the serkon tour.
Alterations to your bookings done by you :
You can easily change your booked serkon tour's date / time or even swap it with another serkon tour, provided that we are informed about the changes
minimum 2 days beforehand. There will be no fee for changing your reservation.
